This Diwali, choose healthy!

Our favourite festival is around the corner, and with that the days when our houses are filled with tempting aroma of our favourite snacks have also returned. The deep-fried foods including sweets, chakli, chivda, sev and many more make our mouths watery instantly. But what we forget is that they also make our stomachs upset and our body unhealthy because of consuming a lot of oily food.
